Cookie Tiramisu Shots

A quick fix dessert that is fun to make and takes less than 10 mins! This dessert is perfect to whip up as a last min dessert! It is not only a feast to your eyes but also to your taste buds!

Ingredients: (3 shot glasses)

(64 ml) 1/2 cup whipping cream

15 g cream cheese / Mascarpone cheese

3 tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Water

Instant coffee powder

Cookies! (Any store brought brand of preference)

Cocoa powder for dusting and plating

Method:

In a bowl, whip the whipping cream with the sugar till you get soft peaks, then add in softened cream cheese. Whip this well until medium-stiff peaks. Add in the vanilla extract.

In a small bowl add in water, coffee and sugar. Microwave this for 10-20 seconds, till the sugar is dissolved, add in an ice cube or let the coffee sit for sometime to cool off completely.

Roughly crush some chocolate chip cookies of your choice.

Assemble:

In your shot glass, add in a layer of the crushed cookies, add in a little coffee at a time until the coffee is soaked up by the cookies. Add the cream mixture. Repeat the steps once more.

Dust the top with cocoa powder. Refrigerate this for a few mins, serve and enjoyy!
