Salad popsicles!

Get a burst of flavours with this healthy and refreshing treat! These popsicles can be enjoyed at any time of the day, maybe even have them for breakfast 😌.


Ingredients:
Freshly squeezed orange juice
Chopped fruit of your choice!
Method:
Cut your fruit really small, I have used apples, cucumber and grated carrot, feel free to add any other fruit of your choice to this, like mangoes, grapes, strawberries etc.
Put the fruit in your mold. (The fruit is added first to avoid the fruit from floating to the top)
Squeeze some fresh oranges and pour the juice over the fruits in the mold.
If your orange juice isn't sweet, prepare some simple syrup and mix it in your orange juice before pouring it into the mold. To make simple syrup just take equal parts water and sugar and heat until the sugar is dissolved. You can even prepare the simple syrup in the microwave as you will be making a small amount.
Freeze your popsicles for 5+ hours or overnight. Enjoyy!
